Kevin McDaniel

Kevin McDaniel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Kevin began their career at Len Industries in 1992 as a Manufacturing Engineering Leader, responsible for managing and directing new manufacturing processes and aiding the sales staff. In 2004, they joined Kennametal as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they were accountable for sales growth and executing sales strategies. Kevin later became a Sales Manager, overseeing sales revenue and margins. In 2016, they joined Brembo North America as an Engineering Manager before returning to Kennametal in 2017 as a Global Key Account Manager. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Kennametal.

Kevin McDaniel attended Leslie High School and obtained a Diploma. Kevin then pursued their higher education at Lansing Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Subsequently, they enrolled at Eastern Michigan University and completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a concentration in Manufacturing within the field of Industrial Technology.
