Michael Pici

Michael Pici has extensive work experience in investor relations and finance transformation. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at Kennametal since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director of Investor Relations & Finance Transformation at Audacia Strategies from November 2021 to February 2023. Michael also founded and served as the CEO of NKL Strategies from September 2021 to February 2023. Before these roles, Michael held various vice president positions in investor relations and financial planning at companies such as Perspecta, Triumph Group, and Vista Outdoor Inc. Michael also worked as the Director of Investor Relations at Alliant Tech Systems Inc and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Exelis. Michael started their career at Pitney Bowes as a Manager, progressing to roles such as Manager of Corporate Budgeting & Analysis and Business & Financial Planner.

Michael Pici began their education at Pace University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Marketing Management. Following this, they pursued further education at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1996 to 1999, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
