Niraj Salgarkar

Niraj Salgarkar is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional with a strong background in managing global projects and driving operational excellence. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Global AME Manager at Kennametal since September 2019, Niraj focuses on strategic planning, productivity improvement, and modernization across multiple sites. Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineering at Molex, where responsibilities encompassed new equipment planning and lean continuous improvement, and a lengthy tenure at Bosch, where Niraj managed manufacturing projects worldwide, emphasized logistics planning, and implemented lean methodologies.
