Sanjay Chowbey

Sanjay Chowbey has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Sanjay started their career at Arvin Industries/ArvinMeritor, where they worked for 13 years and held various roles, including General Manager and Sr. Director. In 2006, they joined Danaher Corporation as the VP & GM of Services at Gilbarco Veeder Root, and later served as VP & GM of Gilbarco Veeder Root. Sanjay then became President of Hennessy Industries and Thomson Industries. In 2017, Chowbey joined TE Connectivity as President of SubCom. After that, they worked at Flowserve Corporation as President from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the President of Kennametal.

Sanjay Chowbey has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Sanjay also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Tennesee Tech University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. In addition, they have completed a Certificate Program on Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School in March 2017.
