Cassandra Vella

Cassandra Vella is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in people planning and performance management. Currently serving as the People Planning & Performance Manager and previously as a People and Culture Partner at Kennards Hire since August 2021, Cassandra has a diverse history in HR roles at Luxottica from November 2017 to August 2021, including Human Resources Business Partner and Junior HR Business Partner. Prior experience at Betts Group Pty. Ltd. involved working as a Human Resources Advisor, where Cassandra focused on providing sound HR advice and fostering positive relationships within the organization. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, completed in 2018.
