Kaley Gagne

Originally hailing from Rochester, NH, Kaley Gagne began working for the Lilac City’s Chamber of Commerce in high school. Feeling immediately at home making connections and helping local businesses, she worked full time in banking as she enrolled in college. She steadily climbed the ranks and was named Branch Manager by graduation day. At Kennebunk Savings since 2021, her answer to the question “What drives you every day” is so good that it’s worth reproducing here in full: “I am driven by the intellectual challenge—not only assisting customers with meeting their financial needs, but also building relations with staff to assist with their growth and development.
