Morgan-Lee Brooks has worked in banking since 2017, but she wishes she’d started sooner! “I always tell my customers and peers that if I had known how much I loved banking, I would have started in this line of work right out of college,” she says. Dedicated to customer service, her drive to “constantly develop” her team keeps her motivated. With Kennebunk Savings since 2021, she’s found the bank and its culture of excellence to be a perfect fit. “The culture, the customers and the peers that I have had the opportunity to work with have all made the transition seamless.” A passionate volunteer, Morgan-Lee cites the bank’s many opportunities to give back to the community as another major perk.
