Tom Swan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Regional Systems Specialist at Kennebunkport Resort Collection since August 2016, Tom has held various titles including Systems Administrator, CRO, and Front Office Manager. Prior experience at Ocean Properties Ltd. Hotels & Resorts includes roles such as General Manager of the Residence Inn in Portsmouth, NH, Operations Manager overseeing multiple departments, and Assistant General Manager at the Bar Harbor Regency Holiday Inn Resort. Tom began the career as a Front Desk Agent and advanced through positions, culminating in the achievement of Manager of the Year in 2011. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Maine, earned in 2007.
