Anastasia Bergmann is currently the Director at the Kennedy-Donovan Center. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of People and Culture at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from September 2015 to January 2021. Anastasia has achieved significant organizational effectiveness results by implementing progressive programs such as Open Time Off Program and Voluntary Resignations demonstrating significant financial labor cost savings.
Leading integration work in the development of project plans for all HR functions, change management, and deliverables of the plan resulting in synergies and successful culture integration, Anastasia has ensured strong collaboration between both companies, stakeholders, internal and external partners with the goal of supporting the newco business strategy while maintaining best in class employer of choice.
Restructuring Human Resources to establish Employee Experience function, Anastasia designed and spearheaded Employee Experience Strategy leading to significant improvements to becoming designated the top ten “Employers of Choice” by Boston Globe and “Best Places to Work” by Boston Business Journal. The strategy is being executed in strong collaboration with IT, Finance and Real Estate.
Successfully implementing DE&I Next Generation Strategy that led to fully integrate DE&I into all aspects of business with priorities on Marketplace, Workforce, Health Equity and Advocacy, this integration resulted in an increased engagement, collaboration and improved results from business owners of leading functions.
Anastasia Bergmann's educational career includes a BS in Financial Management from Ulyanovsk State Technical University, a Masters in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College in Boston, and various certifications from renowned organizations such as M&A Leadership Council, Human Capital Institute, and SHRM.
