Katelyn Carroll

Katelyn Carroll is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral and developmental support, currently serving as a Team Leader and Developmental Specialist at the Kennedy-Donovan Center since September 2019. Katelyn has a strong background in providing family-centered services, including the creation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Previous roles include working as a Behavior Therapist at REACH, where Katelyn provided one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implemented ABA programming, as well as serving as an ABA Tutor at Hanover Public Schools for younger students. Earlier experience as a Career Resource Specialist at Work Opportunities Unlimited involved assisting clients in developing career goals and overcoming employment barriers. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
