Eric Matcek

Eric Matcek has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Eric started their career in the hospitality industry, working as a CAMP member at Caesars Palace in 2007. Eric then moved on to Wynn Resorts in 2008, where they served as a Tower Suites Manager, ensuring the smooth stay of VIP and Casino guests. In 2009, Eric joined La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa as a Guest Services Manager, where they managed various services and played a role in achieving the resort's first AAA 4 Diamond award. In 2011, they worked as a Front Office Manager at Embassy Suites near the Galleria. Eric's most recent position is with Kennedy Fabricating, where they have held multiple roles since 2012, including Director of Procurement, Estimating Manager, Senior Estimator, and Project Estimating and Human Resources Specialist.

Eric Matcek earned their Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
