Kaitlyn Wamsteeker is an experienced consultant currently working at KennedyFitch, where the focus is on helping organizations hire future-fit leaders through executive search practices. Prior experience includes serving as an EU Tech Campus Recruiter at Datadog, responsible for managing the internship hiring process and expanding recruiting efforts across Europe.
