Patrick Coolen is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in people analytics and evidence-based HR practices. Currently a Partner at KennedyFitch since April 2023, Patrick supports organizations in transitioning to established people analytics frameworks while mentoring early career talent. As a PhD candidate at Tilburg University, Patrick researches the institutionalization of advanced people analytics. Prior to these roles, Patrick served as the Global Head of HR Advanced Analytics at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., overseeing people analytics, strategic workforce management, and developing HR policies. Patrick co-founded WES Consultancy, focusing on recruitment strategy and labor market communication. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Management of Information and ongoing PhD studies in Workforce Analytics.
