Tineke van Den Heuvel

Tineke van den Heuvel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and HR strategy. As a Partner at KennedyFitch since September 2015, Tineke has supported board-level executives in navigating transformative challenges in their organizations. Tineke also serves as a guest lecturer at TIAS School for Business and Society. Previous roles include Program Manager and Global HR Director at Philips, where Tineke led leadership transformation and culture change initiatives across multiple countries. At Novartis, Tineke held various HR management roles, overseeing global HR operations, talent development, and outsourcing projects. Additional experience includes consulting at Hay Group and an HR trainee position at Unilever. Tineke's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University and further studies in Coaching and Consulting.
