Michelle Weinberg

Michelle Weinberg is a highly experienced litigation attorney and shareholder at Kennedy and Graven Chartered, where work focuses on representing public entities in construction, land use, and related litigation since February 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle served as Senior Counsel - Litigation at Deluxe Corporation, managing litigation and providing strategic advice to executives from May 2017 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a position as a litigation attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from August 2008 to May 2017, where Michelle specialized in commercial litigation and regulatory matters, particularly in real estate and construction. Michelle’s career commenced with impactful roles, including serving as an Environmental Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps and as a Policy Intern at American Forests. Michelle holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
