Atieh Bakhtiar

Atieh Bakhtiar possesses a diverse background in healthcare and research, currently serving as a Clinical Assistant at the Kennedy Krieger Institute since July 2023. With experience as a Certified Medical Assistant at Advanced Spine and Pain and a Medical Staff member at Priority Care Clinics, Atieh has a strong foundation in clinical settings. Previous roles include Clinical Coordinator at Virginia Family Medicine, Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Health and Human Rights, and volunteer positions with TED Talks as a Translator and at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development as a Special Volunteer and Summer Student Research Fellow. Atieh holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Master's degree in Stem Cell and Regenerative Technology from The Johns Hopkins University.
