Shannell Cockrell

Shannell Cockrell, MS, PHR, serves as the Manager of HRIS at Kennedy Krieger Institute since June 2002, where responsibilities include identifying and implementing systems solutions to meet business objectives, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Previously, Shannell held various HR roles including Business Systems Analyst II, Human Resources Generalist II, HR Generalist I, and HR Specialist II/Sr. Recruiter. Additionally, Shannell provided instruction in Human Resource Management for the Medical Practice Management Program at TESST College of Technology from November 2010 to May 2012. Shannell holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
