Ella Waal is a corporate recruiter at Kennedy Van der Laan, responsible for talent acquisition across various legal positions, as well as for staff roles in Marketing, Business Development, and Facilities. Previously, Ella served as an event manager on the board of the Sustainable Healthcare Challenge, focusing on supporting sustainable startups in the healthcare sector. Ella has also worked as a consultant and associate consultant at Belsberg, contributing to HR technology standards. An internship at ABN AMRO Bank involved research on labor market developments in healthcare, and earlier experiences include positions at Zilveren Kruis, &niped, VUmc, and OLVG. Ella holds a Master's degree in Health Economics, Policy and Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has a Bachelor's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
