Kennedy Van der Laan
Jelle Blom is a partner and attorney-at-law at Kennedy Van der Laan, specializing in commercial contracts and disputes, particularly in franchising, distribution, and agency within the fashion, retail, and consumer goods sectors. With extensive experience advising on franchising and establishing selective and exclusive distribution networks, Jelle has also served as a legal counsel during secondments at Nike and VodafoneZiggo. In addition, Jelle holds leadership roles in the AIJA's T.R.A.D.E. Commission, overseeing international trade and e-commerce-related work. Prior legal roles include positions at LXA The Law Firm, Rijksoverheid, and as a legal advisor at Lextone Legal Services and Vereniging Rechtswinkel Utrecht. Jelle's education includes a Master's in Private Law and a Bachelor's in Dutch Law from Utrecht University, alongside additional training at Grotius Academie.
