Minke de Haan

Minke de Haan is an accomplished attorney-at-law at Kennedy Van der Laan since May 2018, specializing in privacy law and regulatory markets, with particular focus on administrative enforcement cases, energy law, and the Open Government Act. Minke's prior experience includes serving as a paralegal and research assistant at the University of Amsterdam, where responsibilities included teaching European law and assisting professors. Minke co-founded De Focus, a non-profit research platform aimed at empowering young experts in public knowledge sharing. Additional experiences include a student traineeship in antitrust law at Clifford Chance LLP and various student assistant roles at Utrecht University. Minke holds a Master’s degree in International and European Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political History and International Relations from Utrecht University.
