Alice Myers, CPM has a comprehensive work experience in the real estate industry. Alice has recently been working as a Senior Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Kennedy Wilson Property Services since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson from September 2014 to May 2021. Previous to their time at Kennedy Wilson, Alice worked at CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Manager from September 2011 to September 2014. Alice started their career as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Grubb & Ellis in June 1999 and held that role until August 2011.
Alice Myers, CPM, has a degree in BS Mathematics and Computer Science from Pepperdine University. Alice also obtained a CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification from the IREM - Institute Real Estate Management.
