Evaniece Rolland

Evaniece Rolland currently serves as an Assistant Property Manager at Kennedy Wilson Property Services since March 2023. Previously, Evaniece held various roles at Irvine Company from July 2018 to August 2020, including Community Manager and Leasing Manager. Prior to that, from June 2015 to July 2018, Evaniece worked as a Sales and Service Supervisor at AvalonBay Communities, overseeing sales and customer service teams, resident retention efforts, and training new associates. Earlier experience includes serving as a Leasing Specialist at Essex Property Trust from August 2012 to May 2015 and a Guest Service Representative at Oakwood Worldwide from August 2011 to August 2012. Evaniece is a graduate of De Anza College, having attended from 2004 to 2007.
