Marty Smith

Marty Smith has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Marty is currently serving as the Managing Director for Kennedy Wilson Property Services' San Francisco office, overseeing a significant portfolio of office and R&D properties. Prior to their current role, Marty was the President and Owner of Alhouse Deaton, a company that was acquired by Kennedy Wilson Property Services. During their time at Alhouse Deaton, Marty had extensive experience in property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and project management. Marty also played a key role in repositioning assets and maximizing their value. Before Alhouse Deaton, Marty worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in the re-position and disposition of real estate assets for clients such as Bank of America and Sun Life of Canada. Marty began their career at Cushman & Wakefield, representing landlords for leasing and investment sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Overall, Marty Smith has a strong background in real estate management and operations.

Marty Smith attended Stanford University from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a degree in Economics with a focus on monetary and fiscal policy.
