Gary Palmer

Gary Palmer currently serves as the President of the Commercial Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson, a position held since August 2021. Palmer is also the Founder of Waypoint Strategic Capital Advisor, established in September 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Principal at Westbrook Partners from September 2005 to March 2018 and as Executive Director, Head of the Western Region Real Estate Group at Morgan Stanley from June 1992 to March 2005. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Early education was completed at La Jolla High School.
