Jason Byers

Jason Byers is an experienced real estate professional with a focus on acquisitions, currently serving as Head of Residential for Ireland at Kennedy Wilson since July 2011. Jason has played a key role in acquiring over €1 billion of real estate in the Irish market, managing processes such as deal origination, underwriting, negotiation, due diligence, and transactions. Prior to this role, Jason was an Acquisition Manager at Bank of Ireland Real Estate Investment Management, specializing in deal analysis across the UK and Western Europe and asset management. Jason holds a Master of Science in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in Property Finance & Investment.
