Matt Windisch

Executive Vice President at Kennedy Wilson

Matt Windisch, an executive vice president of Kennedy Wilson, is co-chairman of Kennedy Wilson’s Investment Committee. Matt spearheads strategic planning for the company as well public capital markets activities, the debt investment platform, corporate and transaction capital raising and acquisitions analysis. He is also responsible for maintaining many of the company’s key investor and banking relationships. Throughout his career at Kennedy Wilson, Matt has helped raise approximately $10 billion for the company and its various platforms.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Matt was an associate at JP Morgan Chase, where he held positions in investment banking, strategy and risk management. Mr. Windisch received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Emory University and an M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
