Spencer Archer has extensive work experience in project management and engineering. Spencer started their career at Kennedy Jenks Consultants in 2004 as a System Engineer and Technician, where they were involved in various pilot studies and equipment installations. In 2020, they joined Wood as an Associate Project Manager, gaining experience in managing projects. Later in the same year, they returned to Kennedy Jenks Consultants and took on the role of Senior Project Manager. Currently, they serve as the National Director of Design-Build, responsible for overseeing project delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction for the firm's Design-Build projects. Archer has a strong track record of collaborative project delivery experience across municipal, Federal, and private industry clients.
