Andrew Alderson

Andrew Alderson is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in global operations. Currently serving as the Chief Facilities Management Officer at Kennedys since October 2018, Andrew oversees facilities management, real estate, and business continuity for 43 sites worldwide. Prior roles include Global Facilities Director at AG Lucia Ltd and Head of Property & Estates at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where responsibilities encompassed managing facilities across over 70 UK sites and leading the company's business continuity program. Andrew has also held positions at AXA UK and AXA Insurance, including Group Property Business Partner and Regional Facilities Manager, demonstrating a strong background in both hard and soft services within facilities management.
