John Labarbera

John LaBarbera is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance and reinsurance law. Currently serving as a Partner at Kennedys since June 2017, John has held significant positions at various firms, including Member at Carroll McNulty & Kull and Cozen O'Connor, and Chair of the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. Prior to these roles, John was a Member at Clark Hill PLC and a Partner at SmithAmundsen LLC, where John began as an Attorney. Early in the career, John worked as a Claim Consultant at CNA and as a Group Health and Life Underwriting Assistant at Travelers. John obtained a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, completed in 2001.
