Katherine Proctor

Katherine Proctor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in insurance and reinsurance. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Chair of the Arbitration Group at Kennedys since January 2018, Katherine represents reinsurers on Covid-19 related claims and insurers in various property, construction, and engineering claims. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Director in the International Arbitration Group at Clyde & Co from July 2014 to December 2017, where significant involvement in English High Court litigation was also noted. Katherine's career began at Ince & Co, where progression from Trainee to Senior Associate included valuable secondments with major insurance and reinsurance firms. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Laws Exempting Degree from Northumbria University.
