Mark Lawrence

Mark Lawrence has extensive experience in project management and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering at Kennedys since July 2009. In this role, Mark fosters strong relationships across business units and clients to drive growth and operational efficiency while leading a global team of business relationship managers. Previously, Mark held various leadership positions within Kennedys, including Head of Transformation Office and Head of Projects, overseeing the development of operating models and delivering technology and business change initiatives. Prior to Kennedys, Mark worked as a Project Manager at Tikit, managing business process projects for large firms, and at Salans, handling IT projects. Mark began a career in consulting with Methods Consulting, supporting government departments, and started with SAP HR IT support at Nestlé UK. Mark holds a BSc in Management and IT from Loughborough University.
