Rishi Sengupta

Rishi Sengupta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues and handling complex commercial disputes. Currently a Partner at Kennedys since August 2012, Rishi focuses on various general insurance policies and represents clients in defense against claims. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Tuli & Co., where Rishi provided coverage advice under Indian law, and at Karanjawala & Co., where Rishi managed contentious legal matters, including arbitration and corporate law. Rishi holds a B.B.A.LL.B from Symbiosis International University and foundational qualifications from Cheltenham College and Greenlawns High School.
