Tom Handley

Tom Handley is a Partner at Kennedys, where expertise lies in managing heavyweight claims against various construction professionals, including architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers, and contractors. Additionally, Tom has developed a growing practice focused on defending architects before professional disciplinary bodies such as the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Prior to this role, Tom served at Hill Dickinson LLP from February 2007 to November 2017, where responsibilities included solicitor, senior associate, and legal director, with a specialization in construction professional indemnity and disciplinary matters. Tom is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield, having studied from 2000 to 2003.
