Alan Clements

Alan Clements is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Kennesaw State University, where a career spans from 1992 to the present. Clements possesses a JD in Taxation from Georgia State University College of Law, earned between 1993 and 1996. Academic qualifications also include a PhD in Accounting from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, obtained in 1989, and an MBA in Accounting and Taxation from the same institution, completed in 1982. Prior to the academic role, Clements worked as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte Haskins + Sells, CPAs, focusing on public accounting, auditing, and taxation from June 1982 to April 1984. In addition, Clements is a licensed Attorney and CPA.
