Kathy Negrelli is a distinguished educator in Japanese language and culture with over 45 years of experience in language education and intercultural understanding. Currently serving as Professor Emerita of Japanese at Kennesaw State University since 2013, Kathy has held various academic positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor, where significant contributions include developing Japanese curriculum and programs. Prior to Kennesaw State University, Kathy's experience included roles at Agnes Scott College, Georgia Perimeter College, and the Japan-America Society of Georgia, among others. Kathy holds a PhD in Foreign Language Education from The University of Georgia and other degrees from institutions such as International Christian University and Miami University.
