Matthew Iwanski

Matthew Iwanski is an experienced professional in athletic compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Risk Management at Kennesaw State University since June 2022. Prior to this role, Iwanski held the position of Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at George Mason University Athletics from August 2021 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Compliance at The Ohio State University from January 2019 to August 2021, and Assistant Director of Compliance at Georgetown University from September 2017 to January 2019. Iwanski began a career in compliance as a Compliance Intern at The University of Toledo from January 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included monitoring recruiting activities and ensuring adherence to NCAA rules. Iwanski earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Delta State University in 2014.
