Seamus M. Bourne

Seamus M. Bourne is an experienced scenic designer and production manager based in the Metro Atlanta area, actively working in the field since August 2009. As a member of United Scenic Artists Local USA 829 since 2015, Seamus holds multiple roles including Scenic Designer for Actor's Express and Production Manager at Kennesaw State University, where a part-time Assistant Professor of Theatre position is also held. Experience includes teaching scenic design and stage management at Berry College as a Clinical Assistant Professor, and contributing to various productions as a scenic designer and technical director for companies like Theatre in the Square and LOOK Musical Theatre. Seamus holds an MFA in Scenic Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Theatre from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
