Bill Elser

Bill serves as vice president of engineering services for Keno Kozie. Bill brings over 25 years of experience supporting service delivery and technical operations across a wide range of technology and services companies.

Utilizing best practices from ITIL, Agile and PMI, Bill’s specialization is the development and implementation of services that are both predictable and sustainable and focus on continuous service improvement.

Prior to Keno Kozie, Bill served as a Global Delivery Director and Practice Director for TEKsystems where he developed the Co-Managed Service offering and managed a team of Delivery professional across a diverse set of customers and industries.

Bill lives with his wife in the foothills of the Cascade mountains just outside of Seattle. When not spending time with his family, you’ll will find him outdoors enjoying all the activities the Pacific Northwest offers.
