Steve is a recognized thought leader on IT-related topics and has published and presented on a variety of subjects ranging from strategic planning to IT operations. A member of Building Industry Consulting Services International, Steve has attained both the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3 Foundation certifications.
