Jennifer Hart

Jennifer Hart, PHR, currently serves as the HR Coordinator for Recruitment and Retention at Kenosha Unified School District since November 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer managed personal household responsibilities from October 2014 to November 2018. Jennifer's extensive career in human resources includes positions at City National Bank, where Jennifer was promoted from Recruitment Officer to Learning and Development Manager between 2002 and 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as an Account Representative and Personnel Supervisor at The Adecco Group, as well as a Recruiter at Olsten Staffing Services, before which Jennifer worked as a Benefits Representative at Hewitt Associates. Jennifer holds a BA in Journalism & Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and possesses certifications in PHR and MBTI.
