Emma Menmuir

Emma Menmuir is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kensa Group since October 2024, Emma previously held the position of Head of People and Places at Crowdfunder UK, where responsibilities included developing HR strategy, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee relations. Earlier experiences include roles as Workshop Manager and Employability Facilitator at UnlockingPotential, HR Specialist at Seasalt, and Head of Boarding at Truro High School for Girls. Emma started a career at Deloitte UK as a People and Change Consultant and later worked as an HR Business Partner at innocent drinks. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford and a PG Diploma in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
