Carolyn Tuttle is a seasoned professional in client success and healthcare consulting with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Client Success Manager at Jorie AI since June 2023, Tuttle facilitates innovative AI solutions in FinTech and HealthTech. Previously, Tuttle held the position of Key Account Manager at RevSpring from April 2018 to February 2023, focusing on consumer engagement in healthcare. Tuttle also managed customer operations at Salucro Healthcare Solutions, contributing to patient payment processing and accounts receivable management. As Owner of CTuttle Healthcare Consulting, LLC from August 2011 to January 2013, Tuttle led accounts receivable clean-up projects and a remote team. Moreover, Tuttle was the Owner/President of Nationwide Billing Associates, LLC, where efforts were directed towards Out-of-State Medicaid billing for numerous hospital and ambulance organizations before selling the company in 2010.
