Frank Dunlap, MEng., GSP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). Most recently, they served as the Global Director - ESG, Health, and Safety at Kensing, starting in April 2023. In this role, they provided EHS/ESG assurance to the executive team and ensured compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations. Prior to Kensing, Frank worked at Fuchs Lubricants Co. as the Director, EHS North America from December 2016 to September 2021. During their tenure, they implemented Dakota Software to ensure regulatory compliance and improve safety and environmental standards.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked at Clean Harbors Inc. as the Operations Manager, where they managed the Oil Recycling Division in Chicago and was responsible for shipping and receiving, analytical lab, and health and safety functions. Frank also served as a Site Services Coordinator at Clean Harbors Inc.

Frank Dunlap, MEng., GSP has a strong educational background and a variety of certifications in the field of safety engineering and management. Frank obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Purdue University Calumet between 2000 and 2006.

Frank's formal education journey began at Griffith High School, where they earned their high school diploma from 1989 to 1992.
