Justin Schnichels

Justin Schnichels has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Justin most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Kensington Bank since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Credit & Investment Officer at the same company from December 2018 to December 2021.

Before joining Kensington Bank, Justin worked at North American State Bank, where they served as the President/CEO from July 2014 to November 2018. Justin also worked as a Business Banking Officer at the same company from December 2011 to June 2014.

Justin's earlier work experience includes a role as the Director of Development at Matthew 10 Ministries from October 2009 to October 2011. Justin also worked as a Sr. Financial Services Officer at United FCS from April 2008 to October 2009, and as a Business Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo from March 2005 to March 2008.

Justin Schnichels attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a program in the Graduate School of Banking. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2003, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana University (SD) with a major in Marketing and Economics.
