Lisa A. Hanssen

Lisa A. Hanssen joined the KenCCID Board in May 2013 and has served as President of the Board since January 2015.

Lisa is currently employed by Cardone Industries, Inc. as Assistant General Counsel responsible for a variety of legal matters including corporate governance, commercial contracts, asset sales and purchases, risk management, real estate, manufacturing and supply chain/distribution, data privacy, and employment law.

Before joining Cardone, Lisa was in-house counsel at Berlitz Corporation, Flowers Foods, Inc., Tasty Baking Company (aka Tastykake), and PMA Capital Corporation. Her career as an attorney began in 1997 at CIGNA International, where she held the position of Corporate Secretary.

Ms. Hanssen received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She has a B.A. in English from Northern Illinois University. She lives in Southampton, PA with her husband Tore, a physical education teacher. She has two children, Alex and Elisse, who are currently attending college.
