Adil Khalfan

Adil Khalfan serves as the President and CEO of Kensington Health since February 2023, following a distinguished career in healthcare leadership, including roles such as Senior Vice President of Health System Performance and Support at Ontario Health and CEO of Royale Home Health. Adil brings expertise in health system advisory services, healthcare innovation, and multi-stream project management, with a strong focus on adapting best practices for emerging markets. Prior to these positions, Adil held key roles at University Health Network and Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network, contributing to healthcare governance, performance management, and strategic development. Education includes a Master's in Healthcare Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Western University.
