Linda Carpenter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development coaching and executive consulting. Since 2001, Linda has served as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Kensington, International, providing coaching and outplacement services across various industries. Previously, from 1995 to 1999, Linda held the position of Executive Director at Alternative Resources Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a National Account Sales team and developing new service offerings to enhance sales and revenue. From 1984 to 1994, Linda served as Vice President of Business Continuity Services at XL/Datacomp, Inc., overseeing a successful business unit focused on the midrange market, with duties encompassing staff management, sales, marketing, and operations. Linda holds a Master of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
