Felicia Mann

Felicia Mann has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Kensington Management Services, Inc. since September 2014, after progressing through roles as a Recruiter, Associate Recruiter, and Therapeutic Staff Support. Prior to this, Felicia worked as a Residential Aide at Lutheran Settlement House - Jane Addams Place from April 2013 to April 2014. Felicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University-Brandywine, earned from 2006 to 2011.
