Alex Maddox has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Alex has held various roles at different companies, including Kensington Mortgages, Vector, Ams Decisions Advisers Llp, DB UK Bank Limited, Deutsche Bank, Citadel Investment Group, and various others. Alex'sroles have focused on capital markets, digital strategy, mortgage trading, and structured finance. Alex has also been involved in new business generation, commercial management, and overseeing outsourcing arrangements. Maddox played a key role in developing the digital proposition and ESG framework for Kensington Mortgages, as well as issuing the first Social Bond UK RMBS transaction.
Alex Maddox attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2019, where they completed the Oxford Fintech Programme. Prior to that, Alex Maddox studied at the University of Oxford from 1988 to 1992. They earned a degree in Engineering Science (BA, MEng, MA (Oxon)) with a focus on Engineering.
