Judy Tyrus

Judy Tyrus is an author and the Co-author of the first authorized history of Dance Theatre of Harlem. Judy is the Chief Executive Officer of ChromaDiverse, Inc., a company that promotes diversity in the arts and humanities. Judy has also worked as a Curator Exhibition for Dance Theatre of Harlem and has experience as a Social Media Consultant and Archivist. Judy has a background as a Dance Professor and has curated exhibitions at various institutions such as the California African American Museum and The New York Public Library. With a successful career as a Principal Dancer for the Oakland Ballet and Dance Theatre of Harlem, Judy Tyrus has extensive experience in the performing arts industry.
